Day 1: Trekking through Pine Forests

Transfer from Dalat: Your adventure begins with a 45-minute drive from Dalat to the northeast, heading straight into Bidoup Nui Ba National Park. After a 10-minute ride along a dirt road, we start our trek with a 4 km walk to the forest ranger station.

Cross the river: Using a wooden platform supported by barrels, we cross the river and begin the gradual climb from 1,300 meters elevation. Today’s trek takes you through pristine pine forests, offering stunning views of the surrounding hills and local villages as you gain altitude.

Reach the campsite: After a delicious lunch, we continue our trek upwards, reaching our campsite at an elevation of 1,900 meters. Situated on the edge of the jungle, this is where we'll spend the night. You’ll have time to relax, explore the nearby jungle, and then help prepare a campfire dinner.
Day 2: Summit Mount Bidoup & Explore the Jungle

From pine forests to jungles: The second day presents a shift in terrain as we move from the pine forests into lush jungles. The trail becomes more winding but the climb remains gradual. You’ll pass through an orchid-rich landscape—be sure to look out for any blossoms along the way.

Summit Mount Bidoup (2,287 meters): After 1-2 hours of trekking, we reach the highest point in southern Vietnam, Mount Bidoup. Take in the incredible views and celebrate this achievement before continuing the journey.

Descent and the oldest tree: The trail drops steeply from the summit, then flattens out as we pass over a second peak. Along the way, you’ll encounter a magnificent, ancient 1,300-year-old tree, a natural wonder. From here, we begin our final descent, surrounded by the park’s captivating scenery.
