Day 1: Da Lat – Waterfalls & Scenic Drive to Ta Dung (B, L, D)

• Learn traditional rice cracker making with a local family.

• 1. Is riding a motorbike safe? Do I need experience?
  

- Yes. Your Easy Rider guide drives the motorbike; you ride pillion (1 guest/bike). Helmets are provided and safety stops are frequent. No riding experience required unless you request to self-ride (license + approval needed).

2. What is the fitness level required for this tour?

- Easy to moderate. Expect 3–6 hours/day on the bike with scenic/photo stops and short walks to viewpoints/waterfalls.

3. What should I bring for the trip?

- Comfortable walking/trekking shoes.
- Light clothing, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen.
- Refillable water bottle.
- Personal medicine (if any).

4. What is the best time to join this trip?

- Year-round. Nov–Apr is generally drier and clearer for views; May–Oct offers greener landscapes and stronger waterfalls but more showers

5. How do I start and finish the tour?

- Start in Da Lat city and finish in Buon Ma Thuot. Flights (to Da Lat / from Buon Ma Thuot) and airport/bus transfers are not included; we can arrange them as add-ons if needed.

6. What type of accommodation is provided?

- Accommodation is not included. You self-book in Ta Dung and Lak Lake (we’ll send recommendations by budget on request).

7. Are meals included?

- Not by default. You can add simple local set meals at 200,000 VND/person/meal if requested in advance.

8. Can families with children join this tour?

- Yes. We recommend age 10+ to ride pillion comfortably. Suitability depends on height, road/weather conditions, and the child’s comfort on longer rides.

9. What is the group size for this tour?

- Private for your group. We match one Easy Rider per guest. Larger groups can be arranged with notice.

10. Is travel insurance included?

         - Basic coverage is included for the guided activities. For comprehensive protection (medical/evacuation/trip interruption), please purchase your own policy.

11. Can the itinerary be customized or reversed?

         - Yes. We can adjust stops, add nights, or run it in reverse (Buon Ma Thuot → Lak Lake → Ta Dung → Da Lat).

12. What is the cancellation & refund policy?

       - 7 days or more before departure: Free cancellation, full refund.
       - 3–6 days before: 50% of tour price will be charged.
       - Within 48 hours: 100% charge (no refund).
       - In case of bad weather or force majeure (natural disasters, flight cancellations, government restrictions), Viet Challenge Tours will reschedule or offer a fair remedy.
