   No. You can sit behind an experienced guide who drives for you. If you want to drive your own bike, please inform us in advance.

   No. Tickets for the Alpine Coaster (Datanla) and Mario Kart are optional and not included. You can decide on the spot whether you want to join.

3. Is the Alpine Coaster safe for beginners?
   Yes. You control your own speed with a hand brake. It is suitable even for first-timers.

4. How difficult is the slidebow at Mongo Land?
   It’s beginner-friendly and designed for fun. You’ll slide through gentle slopes with safety staff supervising the ride.

5. What should I wear for this tour?
   Comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes, and sunscreen. A light jacket is recommended due to Dalat’s changing weather.

6. What time does the tour finish?
   The tour usually ends around 4:00 PM and you will be dropped off at your hotel.

7. Is this tour suitable for children or older travelers?
   Yes, but some activities like the Alpine Coaster, Mario Kart, and slidebow may not be suitable for very young children or elderly guests. They can still join and skip these optional experiences.

   The tour still operates in light rain. In case of heavy rain or unsafe conditions (storms, floods), we will notify you and arrange alternatives.

    Please inform us at least 1 day before the tour date if you need to cancel. Depending on the reason, we will review the case and do our best to support a flexible cancellation.
