What to Expect

Start your journey by meeting our friendly guide at the lake. You’ll receive a short training session on basic paddling techniques—perfect for both beginners and those who don’t know how to swim (life jackets are always provided). Once you're comfortable, set off across the calm water on your stand-up paddleboard or kayak.

As you glide through the lake, soak in the fresh mountain air and admire the panoramic views of Da Lat’s forested hills and clear skies. You may stop by a small pine forest peninsula, rest, take photos, or simply enjoy the silence. After paddling, unwind with a free cup of coffee served at the lakeside.

This is not just a lake tour—it’s a unique Dalat adventure experience that helps you reconnect with nature in the most calming way.

Important Notes:

• Swimming Skills Not Required:
  Non-swimmers are welcome! Life jackets are provided and wearing them is mandatory during the entire paddling session. Our guides will give you basic instructions before starting.

• Weather Conditions:
  Morning (5:00 AM or 8:00 AM) and afternoon (2:00 PM) sessions are available. In the rainy season (May–October), afternoon tours may encounter light showers. We recommend booking morning slots for the best weather.

• What to Wear and Bring:
  Wear quick-dry, lightweight clothes; sandals or water shoes; and bring a change of clothes. A waterproof bag for your phone and valuables is highly recommended.

• SUP/Kayak Safety:
  Our guides are trained in safety and first aid. Please follow all instructions during paddling to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

• Age and Physical Requirements:
  Suitable for ages 7 and up. Guests should be comfortable sitting and balancing on the board for an extended period (2–3 hours).

• Environmental Responsibility:
  Please do not litter in or around the lake. Help us preserve the natural beauty of Tuyền Lâm by taking back all waste.

• Optional Add-ons (Not Included):
  Transport to/from the lake, motorboat rental, tickets to Happy Hills or Lavender Farm can be arranged at an additional cost—please contact us for booking in advance.

The program does not include:

• Pick up and drop off at the hotel (surcharge 400k / 4-seater car , 500k / 7- seater car,  800k / 16-seater car)

NOTES:

• Wear breathable, easy-to-drain, quick-drying shirts and pants. Bring hats and flip-flops (recommended)
• Use sunscreen
• Bring a dry suit if you choose to swim in the lake
• Children under 4 years old must be accompanied with a parent.
• The tour does not include lunch, but you can bring snacks on the boat to eat during the trip.
• Coffee is provided at the dock after the tour.
