Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (via Email or WhatsApp). Refunds will be processed based on the timeframe prior to departure:

• More than 14 days before departure: 100% Full Refund (minus non-refundable credit card/bank processing fees if applicable).

• 7 to 14 days before departure: 70% Refund of the total tour cost.

• 3 to 6 days before departure: 50% Refund of the total tour cost.

• Within 72 hours of departure or No-Show: Non-refundable, but 100% credit transfer is available (see Policy #2 below).

2. Stress-Free Date Rescheduling & Credit Transfer

If you cannot travel on your original dates, you won't lose your money!

• Free Rescheduling: You can change your travel dates FREE of charge up to 7 days before departure (subject to room availability and seasonal price differences, if any).

• Credit Hold (Validity up to 12 Months): If you are unsure of your new dates, your booking deposit can be kept as a Travel Credit valid for 12 months. You can use this credit for your future trip to Vietnam or transfer it to family and friends!

3. Flight Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

• Flight Delays or Airline Cancellations: If your flight is delayed or rescheduled by the airline, simply inform us as soon as possible. Our team will adjust your pick-up time and daily itinerary at NO additional charge.

• Bad Weather / Force Majeure: If extreme weather impacts outdoor activities (e.g., heavy rain affecting the Alpine Coaster), we will seamlessly replace them with attractive indoor alternatives or issue a direct cash refund for unredeemed entrance tickets.
