1.1. Flower Space
Duration: From 29/12/2015 through 02/01/2016
Content:
a. Flower Space around Xuan Huong Lake: Set upfrom 20-30 miniatures of flowers through the Xuan Huong Miniature Flowers competition. Minitures are fresh flowers of niform sizes regulated by the Organizing Committee, and can sustain for a long period for photo - taking and sightseeing.
- Implementation Units: Dalat Flower Association (Set up plan of competition launching; encourage organizations, individuals to participate; collect proposed scenarios to be submitted to the Content Sub-committee for approval prior to implementation; set up norms and organize examiners board for assessment; guide implementation of miniatures.)

b. Le Đai Hanh, Ong Dao Bridge Flower streets: Place, arrange fresh flowers and miniature flowers along Le Đai Hanh, Ong Dao Bridge streets (no flower pots are allowed to be arranged on the street).

c. Sightseeing destinations to the Flower Villages: Set up sightseeing tours of the flower Villages, receive tourists, recommend beautiful flower gardens, flower production stages at the Ha Dong, Thai Phien, Van Thanh Flower Villages.

- Content: display, exhibit Dalat flowers, ornamental plants with the participation of local and domestic flower associations, society of ornamental plants and bonsais, enterprises, craftsmen, individuals; some foreign flower manufacturing units such as the Netherlands, Japan … having strengths in flower production, operation locally as well as outside the province.

- Content: Mobilize organizations, enterprises, local residents in Dalat to plant flowers, ornamental plants, climbing plants… on and off their premises; form flower space in streets and quarter blocks, creating good impressions on tourists to attract their attention during their participation in the flower festival (particularly, mobilize households living on the central streets of Ward 1- Truong Cong Dinh, Tang Bat Ho, Hoa Binh square, Nguyen Chi Thanh streets… to decorate their house, balcony, wall, walkway with climbing plants, pot flowers, hanging flower pots in the form of socialization with support from the government).

- Content: Each locality sets up 01 flower miniature at the welcome gate or at district and city centers; priority is given to areas on national road and provincial road leading to Dalat.

- Venue: Ho Tung Mau street – Dalat (from Tran Hung Dao intersection– 3/4 to Xuan Huong Lake roundabout).
- Content: Decorate 02 flower towers at Kim Cúc and Thuy Ta roundabouts; build welcome gate and 10 strips of electric flower bulbs across Ho Tung Mậustreet.
- Implementation unit: Li Mi Company Ltd (01K Yersin street, Ward 10, ).
- Coordination units: Construction Department; Tourism, Sports & Culture Department; Dalat City People’s Committee.
2.15. Program “Song of the Piano”- 2015
- Time & date : 20h 00, 01/01/2016.
- Venue: Provincial Administrative Center Hall (500 seats).
- Implementation Unit: B.A.C.H Music School (B.A.C.H Music Joint – Stock Company)
- Coordination Units: Tourism, Sports & Culture Department; The Provincial Administrative Center management Board.
- Time: Completion prior to the Flower Festival opening ceremony 2015.
- Venue: at the welcome gate area, district and city centers or suitable locations.
- Content: Each locality sets up 01 flower miniature at the welcome gate or at district and city centers; priority is given to areas on national road and provincial road leading to Dalat.
- Implementation Units: District People’s Committees and Bao Loc.
