Born and raised in Phu Yen, a coastal province in Central Vietnam known for its breathtaking beaches and pristine beauty, Thu carries a natural passion for nature, travel, and hospitality.

She graduated from Dalat University and quickly stood out as a natural in tourism – an outgoing, cheerful, and energetic personality who lights up every conversation and makes connections effortlessly.

More than just a people person, Thu is deeply committed to her role. She’s known for her strong sense of responsibility, willingness to learn, and dedication to the company’s mission.

Today, Thu is the Head of Sales & Business Development at Viet Challenge Tours, leading partnerships, managing key accounts, and helping grow our presence across Vietnam and internationally.
