Coming to Bac Kan, the first place you cannot miss is Ba Be Lake. Located at the "heart" of the national park of the same name, Ba Be Lake was formed nearly 200 million years ago and is composed of three lakes (Pé Lam, Pe Leng, and Pe Lu).
As the largest natural freshwater lake in the country, Ba Be Lake has clear blue water, mild weather, and beautiful scenery throughout the four seasons of the year. Spring is when this place is filled with the red and pink colors of wild flowers and early year festivals, while May is the season when rice is ripe and white butterflies are everywhere.

Puong Cave
Nestled next to the quiet Nang River, Puong Cave is a check-in location in Bac Kan that makes many travelers passionate. This place was formed by the flow of the Nang River through the bed of the Lung Nham limestone mountain.
Taking a boat to explore Puong Cave in the heart of the mountain is an extremely interesting experience.
Dau Dang Waterfall, the most beautiful waterfall in Ba Be, is a scenic spot in the Ba Be National Park area, Ba Be district, Bac Kan province, Vietnam. Dau Dang Waterfall is located on the Nang River, at the border between Bac Kan and Tuyen Quang provinces. The waterfall is about 16 km from Cho Ra town.
The best time to explore this waterfall in March, when schools of fish are in breeding season. At this time, groups of fish will swim upstream to spawn and feed, creating a very interesting scene.
Nang Tien Cave
Located in Na Ri district, Nang Tien Cave is a natural cave deep into the mountain. With a length of more than 60 meters and a cave entrance that is more than 50 meters high, the journey to explore this place will give you a mysterious feeling. and extremely interesting. The name "Nang Tien" of the cave originates from the legend of the seven fairies of the local people. By chance, this cave has the appearance of a sleeping girl.
