Elephant Waterfall

Elephant Waterfall, also known as Lieng Rowoa Falls, belongs to Nam Ban town, Lam Ha district, Lam Dong province, located on a stream called Cam Ly. The waterfall is about 25 km from Da Lat, with a height of more than 30m, and a width of about 40m.

 

Next to the waterfall is undulating rocks look like elephants, so it is called Elephant waterfall. Elephant waterfall falling day and night creates a resounding sound like the roar of wild animals.

Elephant waterfall is one of the few waterfalls that still retaining the wild beauty of the Central Highlands. In 2001, Elephant Waterfall was recognized as a monument - a national landmark.

Pongour waterfall, also known as Thien Thai waterfall, has its name originating from the Phan language that means "the boss of the white land".

 

Pongour waterfall originates from the majestic of Da Nhim river, to come and explore one of these wonderful tourist destinations of Dalat, you have two ways to get down to the foot of the waterfall. A long main road has a gentle slope so it is quite easy to go and does not lose strength. The second road is shorter but many steps. This trail is only for adventure travelers to add more fun to the trip.

 

Down to the waterfall, visitors will be "overwhelmed" because of Pongour waterfall, imposing and majesty with a height of about 30m and width of 120m. The stream of water rumbles from above into a large lake, blowing white foam echoing through the mountains.

Datanla Waterfall:

The waterfall is located in Datanla tourist area, 8 km from Prenn Waterfall and 10 km from Da Lat center and is a place of sightseeing and adventure.

 

Datanla waterfall has plentiful of water because upstream is a stable source of water. Datanla Waterfall is not noisy due to flowing through many rocky platforms. The waterfall falls from the rapids of 20m high, the lower stream water forms a very clear water area, so it is called Suoi Tien, the upper part is a deep abyss called Death abyss.
