Da Lat is a safe destination
On February 18th, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in Lam Dong Province said that until now, there has been any cases of Covid-19 virus infection in Lam Dong province, so that this area is still a safe destination of tourists.

The People's Committee of Lam Dong province have mobilized all resources to focus on controlling the epidemic diseases because of Covid-19 Virus. They also arranged a standardized isolation area to make sure the readiness to receive and treat for Covid-19 infected people.
Beside that, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in Lam Dong Province has been promoting strong propaganda about the tourism environment of Lam Dong destination to the international markets such as England, Japan, Russia, Malaysia ... to attract tourists. Until now, most of international tourists to Da Lat are old tourists who stayed in Dalat a long time. The number of new tour visitors due to the concern of Covid-19 virus, the tourists coming to Dalat are more and more decreased. This is a general situation of the tourism industry in Vietnam. However, according to the authorities, some international tours still choose Dalat as a safe destination during this time. This is a convincing evidence that travelers can believe in Vietnam's efforts to control disease, and Lam Dong Province in particular.
