Dak Nong - Where colors emerge from the fog
About 600-700 meters above sea level, Dak Nong Province has a cool climate. Fog is present most of the day, especially around Ta Dung reservoir, often dubbed "the Ha Long Bay of the Central Highlands."
The 3,000-hectare reservoir boasts 47 big and small islands. It is at the top of the province's highest mountain, 1,982-meter Ta Dung.
It is a home to a Hmong community who preserve their traditional living, clothes and culinary culture. They cook with wood instead of gas and hang food above the stove to keep it fresh.
Colorful brocade skirts are dried in front of a house.
Near Ta Dung reservoir is Lien Nung, a 30-meter high waterfall.
Gia Nghia Town, about 10 kilometers from Ta Dung reservoir, at night
Sung Duc tea hill, which is at the heart of the town, is a popular venue of young people and a famous background of wedding photo shoots.
