Fresh Garden
As you come to Fresh Garden, 1 of the LARGEST flower fields in Da Lat, we will get awestruck by not only the vast, colorful landscape with many types of flowers, but also impressed by how Nature’s Mother favors Dalat with climate and geography through guides presentation.
Moreover, try to find your own angles for taking photos with unique and interesting miniature landscapes, such as windmill, flower house, green lake with pine forest view, magical Waterfall, European heaven gate, Ice cave… will make your day a memorable one.
Crazy House
At the first sight of Crazy House, 1 of the world’s 10 most bizarre buildings, you can definitely touch into the vibe of being chaotically organized through concrete curves, twists, which are inspired by elements of Vietnamese folklore and nature.
The underlying meaning for Crazy House Uniqueness is relating boldly to the Vietnamese social norms in 1990s, "Đổi Mới" (Renovation) reforms, and influences of French architecture and culture.
Crazy house, one of the world’s 10 most bizarre buildings, occupying nearly 1,600 sq.m on Huynh Thuc Khang Street , was completed in 1990 as a personal project by architect Dang Viet Nga. The house is constructed on numerous levels with a naturalistic theme interpreted through concrete curves, twists and bends, giving it the appearance of an out-grown tree. And the People's Committee of the city of Đà Lạt described it as “expressionist”. Somehow, it’s like a way of change in Vietnamese society during that time, an intersection of traditional values and gradual effects of new economic reforms.
Besides the effects of the 'Đổi Mới' period, Đà Lạt was once a French colony and was strongly influenced not only by French architecture but also by French culture. This played an important role in shaping the mindset of the Crazy House’s owner, making the Crazy House a symbol of innovation, a departure from traditional designs, and a cultural fusion of local heritage and global artistic trends.
Clay Tunnel
Head to an outdoor art exhibition of clay sculptures, where art and nature intertwine. Moreover, it draws the rich history of Da Lat from the early days, the comprehensive depiction of the city's development throughout various historical epochs and the Dalat local heritages.
Datanla waterfall
After lunch, Let’s take ourselves out into the majestic natural beauty of the Waterfalls, Datanla waterfall, which is well known as the best Mother-Nature gift ever to Da Lat
The waterfall is nestled within the dense pine forests and tropical trees of the Đà Lạt area, which acts as a natural backdrop, making the waterfall not just a beautiful sight but a heaven of tranquility.
Especially, We can experience the longest Alpine Coaster in Southeast Asia (optional)
Pongour waterfall
Pongour Waterfall is one of the largest waterfalls in Vietnam, the most beautiful waterfall in the Central Highlands.
What makes Pongour truly unique is its rugged, multi-tiered structure, which gives the waterfall a more architectural, sculptural quality. The waterfall appears to flow over wide, rectangular steps, giving it the appearance of a series of natural terraces that stretch across the landscape.
Truc Lam Zen monastery
At the end of the day, let the quiet and tranquil atmosphere at Truc Lam Zen monastery lead us to inner peace.
The monastery is surrounded by lush forests, clear lakes, and stunning natural scenery. This serene setting enhances the monastery's reputation as a spiritual retreat, especially as the sun is setting on the lake.
Beyond being a place of worship, the Trúc Lâm Zen Monastery is also a center for learning and cultural exchange. The monastery offers opportunities for spiritual study, where visitors can learn about Zen Buddhism’s history, practices, and philosophies, as well as its connection to Vietnamese culture.
