 Cycling to Nha Trang

This ride to Nha Trang starts with 45 minutes van transfer, 25 kilometers to the northeast of Dalat, on a new road, and through the national park in Vietnam, Bidoup Nui Ba. It offers fantastic cycling in the highlands as well as down 30 kilometers past the coast.

The first section of the ride starts in a pine forest and rolls through the hills with beautiful views of farms, countryside, minority villages, and the Nui Ba Mountain. The last 3 kilometers of the climb to the top of the pass will make your legs burn before some serious downhill action. The 30 kilometers, uninterrupted downhill section is the longest section of continuous downhill, with beautiful waterfalls along the way and amazing views from below.

After reaching the bottom of the pass we have a picnic-style lunch by the side of the river. We have a pleasant one-hour transfer into Nha Trang, past small farms and through rolling hills, after our lunch break. The average riding distance is 70 kilometers with an option to ride more or less. The support vehicle can be used at any time by tired riders.
